Replacement Parts: Rubber Shroud, for LHR21 machines.

The Rupes® 651.245 Rubber Shroud is designed to make light contact with the backing plate. After extended use, the shrouds can wear down. If this a concern (or a shroud becomes damaged), it's easy enough to install a new one. Slip fit design... peel off the old one, and slip the new one into place. Oftentimes, a dab of glue is applied to the shroud (right where the hex wrench rests), which can be easily softened with a blast of heat from a blow dryer or a heat gun, or via appilication of a typical tire dressing.
