Rupes® LH76P 3" Pneumatic Rotary Polisher.
The Rupes LH76P is a rotary-action machine that spins its backing plate in a continuous circular motion. This 2-pound powerhouse delivers up to 5,000 RPM. While the LH76P's performance is quite impressive, please be aware that its air consumption can be pretty substantial, if used at maximun speed for an extended period of time.
The Rupes LH76P is small in size, but BIG on power.
Its compact size enables you to easily and comfortably polish difficult-to-reach areas. There's no reason to use the LH76P exclusively on painted surfaces. Use it to polish aluminum wheels, stainless steel trim, headlights, hard & smooth plastic trim pieces, and automotive glass. By simply changing the type buffing pad or polishing media, this machine can remove defects rapidly, or finish surfaces down beautifully.

Add a set of 3" Rupes Buffing Pads. (save 30%)
Rupes Rotary Wool Pads are engineered to deliver fast cutting action. They are robust, smooth running, and durable. Rupes Foam Pads were designed for use with random orbital polishers, but they work surprisingly well with the LH76P.
Add a spare backing plate. (save 15%)
Having a spare backing plate on hand is smart. The Rupes 9P26.058 3" Velcro Backing Plate is a direct replacement for the original. Note that this plate utilizes a rather uncommon 3/8-24 female thread, and there are very few options available for purchase.
Add an Inline Air Regulator. (save 15%)
The LH76P features a top mounted, built-in air regulator. Although it works perfectly fine, it can be difficult to intricately adjust on-the-fly. The Rupes 9P03.060 Inline Air Regulator requires 1-3/4 turns to fully open or close, making it very easy to dial in the exact amount of air. Simply set the built-in speed dial to wide open, then use this regulator exclusively.
Add an interface pad. (save 15%)
If there's even a small chance that you'll be using the LH76P for sanding headlights or other materials, an interface pad should be installed onto the backing plate, so that sanding discs can conform to curved or complex surfaces. Should you inadvertently add tilt to the machine during use, an interface pad can help to distribute pressure across the entire face of the disc. 1033 | 9133
