An interesting plate. It's heavy and tall, but works great!  The tall sides are soft, and the hook attachment material is grippy micro hook.  The added weight is a bonus if you are using a powerful machine.  A bit stiff, but no more than the average plate.  One of my favorites.  What a beast!
