Rupes® BigFoot Nano Multi-Function Polishers can be used for a multitude of tasks, but its trio of backing plates must be in tip-top shape. After extended use, the factory supplied backing plates can degrade. An accidental dropping of the machine can bend or break a plate. You'll be dead in the water unless you've got a replacement Nano Backing Plate on hand.

The Rupes 995.001 1-1/4" Nano Velcro-Face Backing Plate fits all HR81M & HR81ML BigFoot iBrid Nano Polishers.
