The NANO is a versatile, lightweight, and quiet-running machine. Several of its driven components are nylon or composite, which can become damaged during heavty use.  Occasionally, a bearing wears out, or a gear strips within the Nano's gearbox assembly.

Replacing the entire neck assembly might be the best option for some folks, mainly because it's a pretty straightforward process to remove & replace. For those that are more mechanically inclined, this rebuilt kit costs about 25% less than the neck assembly.  Short Neck Assembly | Long Neck Assembly
